Absen welcomes five business development managers to support sales expansion across the DACH region and Southern Europe

As Absen celebrates 25 years of pioneering LED display technology, the company continues to invest in its future with the appointment of five new Business Development Managers. These strategic hires bring a wealth of expertise to the Absen team to support its continued momentum in the DACH region and Southern Europe.

Joining the team are: Tobias Fähnrich, Business Development Manager, DACH Region, ProAV; Rainer Link, Business Development Manager, DACH Region, ProAV; Luca La Mantia, Business Development Manager, Southern Europe, ProAV; Marcos Arevalo Luna, Business Development Manager, Spain & Portugal, ProAV; and Fabian Lembach, Business Development Manager, AbsenLive.

With a strong background in professional audiovisual solutions and a deep understanding of the local market, Tobias Fähnrich brings expertise and insight to the team.

Rainer Link is a senior sales professional with a proven track record in the ProAV and broadcast industry. His skills span video and LED display technologies, holographic immersive solutions, digital signage, and business development.

Luca La Mantia joins Absen with over a decade of experience in LFD and LED display solutions within in the ProAV industry. He brings technical knowledge and strategic market insight to his new position.

With over fifteen years’ experience in sales and business development, Marcos Arevalo Luna has refined his focus on driving growth through collaboration with ProAV integrators and official distributors. His new role with Absen centres on building strong partnerships and expanding market presence.

Fabian Lembach brings hands-on expertise in event technology and has a strong background in the live production sector. He aims to support Absen’s growth within the ProAV and live events markets.
