ProjX360 launches Accrual Accounting, enhanced QuickBooks Online integration, and Stripe merchant processing

ProjX360, a project management platform purpose-built for AV integrators, has announced the release of its new Accrual Accounting module, enhanced QuickBooks Online integration, and seamless Stripe merchant processing integration to give integrators tighter financial control, cleaner accounting workflows, and faster payments.

The new Accrual Accounting functionality allows integrators to recognize revenue and expenses based on work completed and materials received - rather than simply when cash changes hands. Designed specifically for project-based integration businesses, the feature enables: revenue recognition tied to project progress; accurate cost tracking against proposals and change orders; clear visibility into Work in Progress (WIP); and an improved financial forecasting.

ProjX360 has also expanded its integration with QuickBooks Online, ensuring a seamless flow of financial data between operational project management and accounting. The enhanced integration allows: accrual-based invoices to sync accurately to QuickBooks Online; proper mapping of revenue and expense accounts; clean reconciliation of payments and merchant processing; and reduced duplicate data entry.
