Rick Thompson

Lindy has announced the addition of Rick Thompson as Business Development Manager, Lindy USA, to its team, supporting the company’s official expansion into the United States market.

Thompson joins Lindy to support the growth and development of its U.S. market presence, working closely with integrators, installers, consultants, and channel partners to strengthen awareness and adoption of Lindy’s AV/IT connectivity ecosystem.

He brings more than thirty years of experience in sales leadership and channel development across professional AV, IT, and technology manufacturing. In his role at Lindy USA, he will focus on expanding partner engagement, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and helping customers navigate complex connectivity challenges across modern AV environments.

Thompson’s responsibilities include collaborating with integrators and distributors, supporting product positioning, and helping align Lindy’s full-stack solutions - spanning cabling, conversion, extension, distribution, power, and control - with real-world installation needs.
