Vicoustic unveils VicBooth Office Plus

As workplaces continue to evolve in response to hybrid work models, constant video calls and the growing demand for employee well-being, Vicoustic introduces VicBooth Office Plus, a modular acoustic booth to restore silence, focus and privacy in contemporary offices.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Portugal, VicBooth Office Plus combines acoustic engineering, minimalist design and sustainability to address the needs of companies, architects and workspace managers. The booth delivers speech privacy (Class B, according to ISO 23351-1), ensuring conversations, video calls and focused work remain confidential, even in open-plan environments. Its acoustic performance is achieved through proprietary materials such as VicPET Wool, made primarily from recycled plastic bottles, combining sound absorption, isolation and environmental responsibility.

VicBooth Office Plus was conceived as a modular and scalable solution, able to adapt as teams and office layouts change. The system supports multiple configurations - from 1x1 phone booths for individual calls and deep work, to 1x2 duo booths for one-to-one meetings, and large 3x4 meeting booths for collaborative sessions.

Interchangeable side panels and expandable modules allow companies to reconfigure or upgrade their booths over time. Interior finishes can be customized in a range of colors, enabling alignment with corporate branding, while exterior finishes offer further design flexibility.

VicBooth Office Plus integrates motion-activated LED lighting and ventilation, automatically switching on when the user enters the booth. Ventilation levels are adjustable and engineered to operate quietly, to ensure thermal comfort during extended use.

Sustainability is embedded in every stage of VicBooth Office Plus’s lifecycle. Manufactured exclusively at Vicoustic’s facilities in Portugal, the booth uses recycled materials, local production and compact flat-pack packaging to reduce its carbon footprint. Production facilities are partially powered by solar energy.
