Accu-Cable introduces SPD Series

Accu-Cable, a provider of professional connectivity solutions, introduces the new SPD Series, a line of rugged power and DMX combo cables engineered to streamline lighting connectivity, featuring IP65-rated Seetronic locking power connectors bundled with 5-pin DMX signal transmission into a single cable solution.

Built for professional indoor and temporary outdoor applications, SPD Series cables feature locking Seetronic SAC3FX and SAC3MX IP65 power connectors paired with 12AWG power cable to ensure consistent and reliable power delivery. The DMX signal is carried through Seetronic SCWF5-B and SCWM5-B 5-pin IP65 connectors with gold pins, utilizing 22AWG two-pair DMX cable for the desired signal integrity.

Each connector is sealed with rubber gaskets to protect against dust and moisture. Additional professional features include clear heat shrink tubing for labeling and strain relief, integrated tie straps for cable management, and laser-etched cable length identification on each connector. The SPD Series is suited for touring productions, live events, outdoor festivals, installation environments, and other applications.

“Lighting professionals are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce setup complexity”, says Alfred Gonzales, ADJ USA Director of Sales. “The SPD Series provides a smart, durable solution by combining power and DMX into one IP65-rated cable, helping production teams work faster while maintaining professional reliability in demanding environments.”

The SPD Series includes four models designed to accommodate a wide range of production environments: the SPD351 (3 ft/1 m), the SPD653 (6 ft/1.8 m), the SPD125 (12 ft/3.66 m), and the SPD255 (25 ft/7.62 m). Each cable is designed to provide efficient daisy chaining of compatible lighting fixtures. The Accu-Cable SPD Series combo cables are available now through ADJ dealers and distributors worldwide (sizes vary slightly in Europe).
