ADJ restructures U.S. sales and technical support team

ADJ Products has expanded and restructured its U.S. sales and technical support team. The changes include the appointment of Raul Rosales as Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Nevada, along with expanded technical support roles for Jeffrey Yukelson in the Western U.S. and the addition of Chuck Dillingham in the Eastern U.S. All appointments are effective immediately.

Raul Rosales brings more than thirty years of experience in the music industry - including over a decade dedicated to professional lighting - to his new role as Territory Sales Manager for Northern California and Nevada.

He will support the growth of ADJ’s complete portfolio of brands, including ADJ Lighting, Eliminator Lighting, Avante Audio, American Audio, and Accu-Cable. His responsibilities will include dealer visits, product demonstrations, project development, system specification support, and customer training across lighting, audio, and video applications.

Focused on expanding market presence throughout the region, Rosales will work closely with dealers, integrators, lighting designers, production professionals, and audio technicians to identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships, and increase awareness and demand for ADJ’s solutions.

Jeffrey Yukelson joined ADJ in January 2025 after co-founding the Show & Design Group (SDG) in Las Vegas. A veteran lighting designer, Yukelson previously served as ADJ’s Technical Product Specialist and has now been promoted to Technical Specialist - U.S. Western Region.

In his expanded role, he will travel throughout the western United States, working with dealers, consultants, integrators, lighting designers, and end users. He will support ADJ’s external sales team through customer visits, product demonstrations, technical consultations, system design assistance, and training programs. Yukelson will also represent ADJ at trade shows, open houses, and industry events.

In addition, ADJ Products has appointed Chuck Dillingham as Technical Specialist - U.S. Eastern Region. Prior to joining ADJ, Dillingham spent more than twenty years representing ADJ with Freed Sales. As a lighting and audio technical sales representative he served customers throughout Nashville and the Southeastern United States.

With decades of hands-on industry experience, Dillingham brings extensive practical knowledge and application expertise to his new role with ADJ. He will travel throughout the eastern United States, working with dealers, consultants, integrators, lighting designers, and end users. He will support ADJ’s sales team through customer visits, product demonstrations, technical consultations, project assistance, and training sessions.

Dillingham will also represent ADJ at trade shows, dealer open houses, and educational events to help customers better understand the capabilities and applications of ADJ’s portfolio of lighting, video, and control technologies.

Customers attending InfoComm 2026 will have the opportunity to meet Rosales, Yukelson, and Dillingham in person at the ADJ AVL Experience Demo Room (N119) and Booth N6105 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 17-19, 2026.
