Kramer brings real-world AV solutions to life at InfoComm 2026

Kramer will showcase its application-driven AV ecosystem at InfoComm 2026, to demonstrate how organizations can simplify deployment, improve collaboration, strengthen security, and better manage increasingly complex AV environments through scalable, IT-ready AV technologies.

As modern workplaces, learning spaces, and secure environments continue to evolve, organizations are being asked to support more hybrid workflows, more users, more devices, and higher expectations - while maintaining simplicity, operational efficiency, scalability, and security.

At Booth C8159, Kramer will present a new application-driven showcase featuring real-world use cases across Corporate, Education, and Government & Defense environments, alongside live demonstrations of its latest innovations spanning signal management, AVoIP, audio, collaboration, and connectivity, as well as management and automation technologies.

At the booth, Kramer will show how complete AV ecosystems - from room connectivity and collaboration to secure AV infrastructure and centralized management - work together in real operational environments designed to simplify deployment, management, and user experience.

The company will showcase real-world corporate meeting room applications, including single-display and dual-display hybrid meeting room environments.

The demonstrations will highlight Kramer’s signal management portfolio and HU product family, combining HDMI, USB-C, USB, charging, switching, and extending technologies into flexible room solutions that support seamless transitions between in-room systems and personal devices.

Kramer will also showcase integrated meeting room solutions from Ashton Bentley, combining modular meeting room furniture, display mounting systems, and Kramer AV technologies into repeatable room deployments optimized for modern collaboration spaces. These engineered meeting room solutions aim to help organizations standardize deployments, accelerate installation, simplify maintenance, reduce operational complexity, and deliver consistent user experiences across multiple locations and room types.

Educational institutions continue to face growing demands for hybrid learning, flexible teaching environments, simplified operation, and scalable AV infrastructure across classrooms and campuses. Kramer’s education showcase will present real-world higher education and K-12 learning environments designed to address these evolving requirements while simplifying deployment, support, and long-term AM management.

The higher education application will feature Kramer’s all-in-one hybrid presentation solutions, including the MTX3-88-PR-Pro, demonstrating how institutions can consolidate video switching, USB routing, DSP, Dante audio networking, amplification, streaming, and control into a single integrated AV platform. These solutions are designed for lecture halls, hybrid classrooms, training rooms, and advanced collaboration spaces.

The K-12 classroom application will demonstrate simplified classroom AV workflows with intuitive control, auto-switching, wireless collaboration, and flexible instructor connectivity designed to improve usability for educators while minimizing operational overhead for AV and IT teams.

As secure AV infrastructure requirements continue to evolve across government, defense, and high-security operational environments, organizations increasingly require solutions that balance security, operational flexibility, scalability, and performance. At InfoComm 2026, Kramer will demonstrate secure command-and-control and secured meeting room environments designed to support modern government and defense operational requirements.

A major highlight is Kramer’s collaboration with High Sec Labs (HSL), a provider of NIAP-certified secure KVM and signal protection technologies for defense and government environments. The collaboration combines Kramer’s AV infrastructure and expertise in complex operational environments with HSL’s secure KVM, isolation, and signal protection technologies.

The command and control application will demonstrate secure KVM and multi-view workflows using Kramer’s KDS-17 AVoIP ecosystem integrated with HSL secure combiners and switching technologies. The secured meeting room application will showcase secure signal isolation technologies designed to protect sensitive communications and prevent unauthorized data transfer in high-security environments.

In addition to the real-world applications, Kramer will showcase its latest innovations across signal management, AVoIP, audio, collaboration, and connectivity, as well as management and automation technologies. Highlights include: expanded signal management portfolio with advanced matrices, extenders, and all-in-one presentation systems; professional USB-C, HDMI, and TBus connectivity solutions; complete 1G and 10G AVoIP ecosystem including new KDS-17 Lite and KDS-17 Wall Plate solutions; new RF and wireless AV solutions for flexible AV extension and distribution; expanded Panta Rhei capabilities for centralized AV management, automation, and AI-enabled operations; VIA and Session Manager collaboration solutions for hybrid environments; new portfolio of passive and Dante-powered speakers.
