Vivid Studios joins Stage Precision’s global service network as Authorised Service Partner

Stage Precision, a developer of digital experience platforms, has welcomed Vivid Studios to its Service Partner Program as an Authorised Service Partner (ASP). Specialists in creative technology and immersive experiences, Vivid Studios will support the delivery of Stage Precision solutions across complex, experience-led projects.

Launched in 2023, Stage Precision’s Service Partner Program was created to build a network of technical partners across the live-event, virtual production, and AV sectors. To qualify, partners must have integrated Stage Precision into their workflow and delivered multiple projects in which SP tools play a pivotal role.

Dubai-based creative technology specialist Vivid Studios has integrated Stage Precision’s SP Grid platform into its wider ecosystem of system design and digital experience tools, and has now been recognised as an official service partner. Using digital content design, AV technology, and artificial intelligence, Vivid aims to transform venues and attractions into living, interactive environments.

“Stage Precision has become an important part of how we think about control, automation, and intelligent environments at Vivid”, says Moe Tarakomyi, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Vivid Studios. “We started using it inside our own virtual production studio, Vo1d, where we needed a flexible way to connect media servers, lighting, tracking, camera, and creative workflows. From there, it naturally became part of our wider ecosystem.”

The partnership’s most significant project to date is Woohoo, an immersive restaurant in Dubai that combines fine dining with a futuristic, AI-powered environment. “In Woohoo, SP Grid helped us connect media servers, lighting, audio, content logic, and human override into one reliable control layer”, explains Tarakomyi. SP Grid serves as the core control layer, connecting a dedicated AI agent to the venue’s AV, media, and lighting system to generate unique content and control the restaurant’s daily operations.

Another example is Omnia, Vivid’s AI-powered experience platform. This interactive exhibition in Oman used Stage Precision’s Python Scripting to bridge custom AI logic with the show-control system. “Omnia was built as a responsive environment where visitor input, AI-generated content, lighting, media, and interactive moments all needed to work together as one journey”, says Tarakomyi.

Having completed SP Core Skills Training, the Vivid team is well positioned to integrate Stage Precision software across complex, experience-led environments. “It has become part of our internal language for building immersive spaces”, notes Tarakomyi.

He concludes: “This partnership is exciting because we see SP Grid as more than a venue automation platform. For us, it can support almost any automation layer we are developing, from immersive restaurants and experience centres to virtual production studios, corporate spaces, innovation centres, meeting rooms, and AI-driven operational environments.”
