Groupe Novelty delivers technical production for PSG’s Champions League celebration at Parc des Princes

Paris Saint-Germain claimed its second UEFA Champions League title in May 2026 with a victory over Arsenal in Budapest. The evening after, Paris’ Parc des Princes hosted the celebration. This live event was designed and produced by LPF World-Class Shows in partnership with PSG, bringing together more than twenty artists and a crowd of 48,000 supporters for a trophy presentation and live entertainment programme. Groupe Novelty was trusted with the full technical production of the evening.

The group deployed five specialist companies across the production. On Stage provided and installed four mega towers at the centre of the pitch, supporting the primary structural beams from which the video and lighting equipment was suspended. Alabama Média supplied four semi-transparent LED walls suspended from those primary beams, giving supporters across all areas of the stadium clear sight lines to match content, the trophy ceremony, and artist performances.

Novelty managed the full audio reinforcement and electrical distribution, and they led on-site project coordination across all technical disciplines. Lighting design was provided by Jérôme Deschamps, commissioned by LPF. Teamagine contributed the engineering and design office function, carrying out the structural and technical design work in the weeks prior to the event. And finally, BBS Backline managed the technical backline requirements for the evening’s roster of more than twenty performing artists.

Working at Parc des Princes placed significant logistical demands on the production from the outset. Primarily used as a sporting venue, the stadium required a full floor protection system to be in place throughout. Additionally, its single access point meant every phase of the installation had to be precisely sequenced to allow parallel working across the different teams without disruption. The coordination of crane and ground-handling equipment alongside the production teams demanded rigorous safety planning at every stage, with the safety of personnel and machinery a non-negotiable priority throughout the build and de-rig.

The deployment of five specialist companies within a single coordinated operational structure reflects the Groupe Novelty model on major event productions, with Teamagine and Novelty taking charge of overall organisation and serving as the group’s central point of contact for LPF and PSG throughout. A general on-site coordinator linked the site managers of each entity.
